Hi guys,

I listed 5 BIN-items today, but they're not visible on the website. They neither show up in the respective categories nor is it possible to find them by entering the item-number in the search box.

I myself can access them via "My Delcampe -> My selling: ongoing", but that's all.

Is this a known bug? Any advice?

Thank you for having informed us. The technical team looks at it for the moment.

The best is to do is not to put your sales again on the site for the moment, to make sure not to have your sales several times on the site afterwards.

The items I listed yesterday are visible in the respective categories now, so for me the problem is solved.

Thank you also for the info that in such a situation it is not a good idea to try to solve the problem by listing the items a second time. This is exactly what I planned to try yesterday, but didn't do it just because it was already pretty late and I was too tired. If in the future this technical problem occurs again, I will first let you know about it by posting here in the forums before trying things on my own.
